分析社会的信息化给思想教育工作带来的挑战 ,以及教育工作者应该怎样适应这种变化使思想教育工作更加富有成效。信息化将使思想教育的内容和方式发生革命性变革 ,并对教育工作者的素质提出新的要求 ,无视这种变化 ,或者没有对这种变化给予足够的重视 ,都将导致思想教育的失败。

This paper analyses the challenge that ideological education faces in an information society and suggests how educational workers can take advantage of this change to make ideological education more effective. The widespread adoption of IT brings fundamental changes to ideological education in terms of both contents to be taught and teaching methods. It also brings new requirements for the quality of educational workers. Neglect of this change may bring failure to ideological education.
