全面推进素质教育 ,是当前我国教育改革和发展的大趋势。构建素质教育评价模式 ,以此规范和约束学校行为、教师行为和学生行为 ,对保证素质教育的实施有直接的推进和指导作用。因此 ,教育工作者必须树立“建模”意识 ,学会“建模”。

To carry our all round developing education is the trend of reform and development of education nowadays in China.To set up the evaluation model of all round developing education to normalize and control the behavior of the school,teachers and students.And it has a direct and progressing influence on all round developing education.So the educational workers must have the sense of setting up model,and learn how to set it up.
