Experience from the Teaching of Basic Dance Training

舞蹈是人体的艺术 ,是通过人体的动作来塑造艺术形象的 ,如何利用人体这一“工具” ,使自己的身体能够运用自如的传情达意 ,首先就要解决舞者身体的基础训练———形体训练。课堂教学是舞蹈基训的基础形式。要提高课堂教学质量 ,除了需要具有科学和系统的教材外 ,还需要有科学的教学方法。

Dance is the art of human body,whose artistic image is created through the body movements.How to make use of the “tool”——human body and enable it to express freely and fully the artistic emotions?The first thing is the basic training of the dancers body,that is the training of image and body.Clossroom teaching is the basic form in the teaching of basic dance training.Besides scientific and systematic teaching books,scientific teaching method is needed to improve the quality of the classroom teaching.
