摘要
应用圆柱薄壳线性理论给出了波箔单波刚度的计算公式;由弹性体变形理论导出了波箔总刚度的计算公式;根据弹性流体动力润滑的概念,获得了适用于波箔轴承的总体雷诺方程;设定了波箔轴承的边界条件。文中还应用有限差分法对几种不同参数的径向波箔轴承进行了静态性能的计算,得到了压力分布、承载能力、偏位角和摩擦力矩的变化曲线。理论计算与试验结果基本相符。
This study, using a spring supperted complianl feil as the bearing surface, offers an evaluation of the perfomance of a gas journal bearing.The analysis is mainly concerned with the effects that the geometric and operatioral variables have to do with bearing behavior. Based on the linear theory of circular cylindrical thin shell, the formular for calculating the unit bump stiffness and the resultant stiffness of bump feil are derived . From the conception of elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) the global Reynolds equations for bump foil journal bearings are derived . the beundary conditions in bump foil journal bearings are also proposed. Finally, by the finite-difference method, the staticcharacteristies of bump foil journal bearings with several parameters are calculated. As a result, the curves of pressure distribution,load capacity, altitude angle, minimum film thickness and frictional torque are obtained. These curves are basically in asreement with the experimental results.
