摘要
运用语言学的理论来解决翻译的问题是当代翻译理论的一个特点。奈达的“动态对等”翻译标准便是将现代语言学的最新研究成果应用到翻译理论中而提出的。语域分析作为语言学中的一个重要组成部分无疑是“动态对等”论必须考虑的问题。
One of the characteristics of the current translation theory is to use the theories of linguistics to solve problems in translation. Eugene A. Nida's Dynamic Equivalence is just produced by integrating the newest achievements in modern linguistics with translation theory. As one of the important parts of linguistics, register analysis must be fully considered by Dynamic Equivalence. Integrating with some examples, this paper tries to prove that register analysis is a factor that can not be ignored to achieve dynamic equivalence in English Chinese translation.
