Methods used in clinical trial design for the study of tumour prognosis

预后研究是对疾病的发生、发展及转归结局的预测。本文探讨了在肿瘤预后研究中的临床试验研究方法的评价 ,影响预后的因素和肿瘤预后的四种研究方法及其注意事项。

Prognostic study anticipates the occurrence, development and matastatic results of disease. An attempt is made in this article to evaluate the method used in clinical trial research for the study of tumour prognosis, and to make a research in the factors which have an impact on tumour prognosis, and to the four methods used in the study of tumour prognosis and the relevant aspects which warrant our attention. Additionally, a preliminary introduction is made to explain the interconnection between tumour prognostic factors and the prognostic results.
