企业多角化经营的若干问题

Some problems in diversifying management of enterprises

运用辩证的观点 ,分析论证了多角化经营的若干问题。通过分析 ,强调了以下几个观点 :1.获得资源共享、协同作用等多角化经营优势的条件是企业所从事的各项事业间的高度相关性 ;2 .企业通过多角化经营 ,有效分散风险、提高市场适应能力的前提是采用市场不相关或负相关的产品组合 ;3.企业多角化经营程度的高低必须与企业能力相适应 ;4.企业所从事的各项事业应分别实行专业化经营。此外 ,还论述了在当今环境下 ,多角化经营与科研开发、规模经济的关系 。

Some problems in enterprise′s diversifying are deeply analyzed by using a dialectical point of view in this article.Some points of view are emphasized as follows:1.the condition for acquiring the advantages of diversification like source sharing,coefficient action is that the businesses managed by enterprises are highly interrelated.2.the condition of spreading risks efficiently and increasing market adaptation across divers business is thatproducts mix in unrelated market features are taken.3.the degree of diversifying must be fit to the capabilities of enterprises.4.the business managed by enterprisses should be put into practice in specialization.Beside that,the relationship between diversifying and R&D or scales economy is discussed.The point of view that specializing management has more benefit for developing advanced technology and reaching scales of economy than diversification is also discussed in this article.
