浅谈解决民事执行难问题的对策

Preliminary Analysis for Treatment of the Difficulty of Civil Enforcement

为了解决民事执行难问题,应从多方面采取对策,综合治理,亦即要强化全民的法律意识、克服司法地方保护主义、发挥程序正义作用、切实提高审判质量、采行个人破产制度以及制定独立的民事执行法典。

In order to settle the difficulty of Chinese Civil enforcement, we should take aseries of measures. In other word, we should strengthen legal liability of Chinese citizen,quell local ties, emphasize due las process, improve judgement, adopt bankruptcy of natrualperson and make a single enforcement law.
