摘要
假日经济极大地拉动了内需 ,但旅游产业由于短期内需求集中导致供给短缺 ,引起服务质量下降等一系列问题 .针对这些问题 ,应主要从宏观调控、服务质量、产品开发、电子商务等四个方面改善服务营销以促进旅游产业的良性发展 .
Holiday economy has greatly pulled domestic demand, but the intensive demand in short term may cause the shortage of supply and the decline in service quality. For solving these problems and promoting the holiday economy,it is suggested that the service marketing should be improved in four aspects:macro-monitoring, service quality, product developing and electric business.
