摘要
对磨料特性及其加工性进行了系统的研究 ,实验结果表明 :在低速范围内 ,流动指数较小的磨料加工效果较好 .磨料粘度及磨粒含量增加 ,均能提高加工效果 ,但流动性变差 .磨粒粒度增大也可提高加工效果 ,其选择应取决于初始表面粗糙度值 .
The abrasive characteristics and machinability of abrasive flowing machining are systematically studied. The experimental results show that there is good machining effect to the small flow index of abrasive in the range of low tunnel average flow speed. With the increase of abrasive viscosity and the abrasive grain content, the machining effect gradually becomes better, but the flowablility worse. The increase of the abrasive grain size can make the machining effect become better, but the selection of the abrasive grain size depends on the orignal surface roughness.
