Two-Dimensional Model of Freeze-Drying of Vialed Materials

瓶装物料的冷冻干燥是现今冷冻干燥生产的主要形式之一 .基于目前对瓶侧面传热的二维冷冻干燥理论的研究还不成熟 ,本文提出了一个考虑因素较为全面的二维数学模型 .根据模型方程的特点把二循环对称分裂格式、预测 -校正格式等算法联立起来对模型进行了数值求解 .结果表明 。

This paper proposes a two_dimensional mathematical model. The numerical solution of the model is found by combining the algorithms of the two_cycle split and prediction_correction formulas. The results show that the computational values coincide with the results from the freeze_drying experiments with skim milk.
