bcl- 2基因是细胞凋亡的抑制基因 ,该基因及其蛋白的异常表达与女性生殖系统疾病关系密切 ,可作为判断疾病预后的因素之一。

B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 oncogene and its protein serve a regulatory function in protecting cells from undergoing apoptosis. Their abnormal expression correlates with gynecological diseases. bcl-2 may be a clinically useful marker of therapy effects.
