Green chemistry was ongoing chemistry without pollution,it offered chemical industry a brand new thought,theory and technology to prevent environmental pollution and to change the pattern of economical growth in this paper.The thought of green chemistry was discussed.The environmental planning system of chemical enterprises at core of green chemistry was designed and it was applied to the environmental planning of a chemical company.
