MIS Framework for Safety Monitoring of Dam

利用当前先进的计算机技术 ,针对大坝安全检测的特点 ,提出了全面的信息化解决方案 ,从而有助于信息的提炼、加工以及支持决策。并首次提出了大坝“远程医疗诊断”的概念 。

By means of advanced computer technology, this paper proposes a new solving scheme of information processing aiming at the characteristic of dam safety, which is helpful to refining and processing of information as well as supports and decisions. Moreover, the concept of the remote medical diagnosis of dam is put forward for the first time to break a new path for safety monitoring of dam.
