金属Co催化直流碳弧放电产物的研究

摘要 在直流碳弧法的阳极棒中掺入金属Co作催化剂生产单壁碳纳米管和碳包Co纳米晶 对产物进行了X射线衍射分析 ,用高分辨电镜观察单壁碳纳米管和碳包Co纳米晶的形貌 ;并比较了碳包Co的含量对Co纳米晶产量和粒径大小的影响 ;研究结果表明阳极棒中Co的加入有利于曲卷状的石墨结构碳纳米管和碳包Co纳米晶的形成 。 Single walled carbon nanotubes and carbon encapsulated Co nanocrystals are produced by d,c,carbon arc discharge method,using a composite rods of Co and graphite.The structures of the ash are analysed with X ray diffraction,the morphology of carbon nanotube and carbon encapsulated Co nanocrystals is obsered with high resolution transmission electron microscope,and the effect of different Co contents in the composite rods is compared on the yield and sizes of carbon encapsulated nanocystals.The results show that uaing a composite rods of Co and graphite is favorable to the formation of single walled carbon nanotubes and carbon encapsulated Co nanocrystals with a bend graphite structure,and the diameter of carbon encapsulated Co nanocrystals increases with the content of Co in composite rods.
