以玉米淀粉为原料 ,以次氯酸钠为氧化剂 ,冷法 (30℃ )合成了粘接强度高、性能稳定的瓦楞纸板用氧化淀粉胶粘剂 最佳配方是 :玉米淀粉 130g ,NaClO 37g ,NaOH 13g ,Na2 S2 O3 2g ,硼砂 0 7g ,水4 4 5mL
An oxidized starch adhesive suitable for corrugated board is prepared by cold method (30℃) using cornstarch as raw material and sodiun hypochlorite as oxidant.It is of high adhesion strendth and steady properties.The optimun formulation is cornstarch 130g,sodium hypochlorite 37g,sodium hydroxide 13g,sodium thiosulfate 2g,borax 0.7g and water 445mL.The drying rate of this adhesive is improved if some dryers are added.
