The article expounds anoverall conception and method of systematic energy saving.With this as a startine point,situation of energy consumption is analaysed and measures for energy saving put forwand in roll steel system.Meanwhile it has been pointed out that raising rate of end product and adjusting production construction is the key in reducing ratio of steel products;lowering electric energy and heating energy consumption is the key in reducing process energy consumption.
