In this paper,the character,conductive mechanism,preparation and application of the SnO 2 based conductive thin film have been elaborated,The thin film has been prepared by spraying hot hydrolysis.The ineffects of the dope agent contents,as well as spraying liquid concentrations on room resistance values of SnO 2:Sb film are discussed.
