摘要
通过分析水泵制造企业实际需求 ,提出基于Web技术的水泵分布式虚拟设计与协同工作的关键技术和实施方法 ,包括水泵产品信息建模仿真技术、可制造可装配评价方法、B/S计算模式及VRML应用等。给出了建立的水泵分布式设计信息集成的运行实例。
With the development of the CAD/CAM technology, the collaboration of the multiple domain mechanical manufacture enterprises which distribute in different departments and places under the network environment becomes a important direction. On the basis of analyzing the practical requirements of the pump manufacture enterprises, the key technologies and application methods of distributed virtual design and cooperative work of pump based on web technology, such as the pump information modeling and simulation technology, the evaluation method of manufacturability and assembility, the B/S computation model and the VRML application, are presented. The run case of the distributed design information integration of pump is also given.
