摘要
介绍了一种由单片机 80 31开发的智能型压力变送器的电路结构、软件设计及实验分析。由于采用了多传感器的信息融合技术 ,在单片机的控制管理下实现了智能型压力变送器的非线性校正 ,通过模拟实验测出的标定数据的计算可知 ,校正后的多传感器的交叉灵敏度大大减少 ,从而提高了测量精度。
This paper presents a new circuit structure of intelligent pressure transducer and its software design. Microcomputer 8031, information-fusion and nonlinear correction technologies are adopted in the transducer, the experiment shows that the intersection sensitivities of the calibrated multi-transducers are reduced. The accuracy and reliability are improved compared with traditional transducers.
