摘要
对于一个智能制造系统,系统单元结构的自组织能力是非常重要的.本文阐述了自组织系统在结构上应满足谐振、放大、反馈、非线形及低信息量来源这五个基本条件,利用智能工程中的集成智能单元,建立了具有自组织单元的基本结构,分析了自组织能力的实现原理.并提出了IMS自组织单元的基本结构,该结构具有良好的开放性,便于实现嵌套式建模,具有很强的知识库进化能力,并且能与其它系统集成.
System unit structure is very important for a self- organizing intelligent manufacturing system. This paper explains self-organizing system whose structure is based on five elements: resonance, amplifica-tion, feedback, unlinear and low quantity information of source. By means of integrated intelligent unit of in-telligent engineering, self-organizing structure is built, and the principle of capacity of self-organizing is il-lustrated. Meanwhile, IMS self- organizing structure is put forward, which is so open that the inlet model is easy to build. What's more, this structure has great evolutionary ability of knowledge base and it is easily inte-grated with other systems.
