The Research on Evolution of the Magnetic Field Quenching and Its Numerical Simulation

摘要 在热处理过程中,通过外加磁场来改善被处理金属材料的力学性能是国际材料研究的一个重要的发展方向,一些学者利用在淬火过程中外加磁场来达到改变金属组织和性能的目的.本文综述了磁场淬火的研究和应用情况,对外加磁场淬火的理论作了简要介绍,并对磁场淬火的数值模拟提出了一些设想. At present, in heat treatment process, the method of improving the mechanical properties of the metal materials by means of additional magnetic field is an important devolopment tendenly in international material study. Some scholars begin to utilize the quenching by additional magnetic field to change the organi-zation and capabilities of the metal. This paper summarizes the research and application in the magnetic field quenching, briefs the theory of the magnetic field quenching and put forward some assumptions in the numen-cal simulation of the magnetic field quenching.
