摘要 在前期已提出的热传导方程的基础上,将外加磁场的作用视作一附加能量项,利用相变点附近铁磁材料比热和热膨胀系数的反常现象,建立包含磁场作用的热传导控制方程.应用有限元算法对中碳钢淬火冷却过程进行计算机数值模拟分析,定量求解热磁耦合作用下的瞬态温度分布. In this paper, on the basis of the heat conduction equation which has already been brought forward in prophase, we treat the effect of the extra magnetic field as an additional energy item, taking advantage of the abnormal phenomena of specific heat and thermal dilate coefficient of iron-magnetism stuff near the phase transformation point, and establish the heat conduction equation involving the effect of magnetic field. By fi-nite element method to simulate quenching process of middle carbon steel, the distributing of transient tem-perature on the condition of coupling effects of heat and magnetism is obtained quantificationally.
