In this paper, the current situation and the development tendency of the copper market are ana-lyzed, and the composition of the total cost expense in copper production and the significance of its control and administration are also discussed. Moreover, the model of controlling the total cost expense is given and the concrete measures of enhancing the control over it are approached in this paper.
