摘要
采用自行开发ELID的磨削装置对硬质合金、工程陶瓷、高速钢等难加工材料进行精密镜面磨削,得到表面粗糙度为Ra0.003~0.025μm的加工表面.实现了ELID磨削技术在平面、内圆和外圆精密镜面磨削中的应用.
With the ELID grinding device developed of the authors' own accord, such materials hard to process as carbide alloy, engineering ceramic and high-speed steel are precisely ground. And the surface roughness Ra amounts to 0.003~0.025μm so as to realize the application of ELID grinding technology to the plane, internal and external precision mirror surface grinding.
