摘要 文章论述了采用粉末冶金方法制备了 Si C颗粒增强铁基复合材料 ,通过实验观察分析了 Si C颗粒对材料致密度、硬度、强度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明随 Si C含量的增加 ,致密度与硬度稍微降低 ,强度与冲击韧性降低较多 ,但抗磨损性能有所提高 ,尤其镀镍 Si The SiC particulate reinforced iron matrix composite prepared by powder metallurgy method was studied.The influence of the SiC particulate on the density, hardness,bent strength and wear resistance of the material were investigated.It was found that the density and reinforced hardness of the composite decrease slightly with the increasing SiC contents,while the wear resistance is improved. Especially, the wear resistance of the composite reinforced with Ni coated SiC particulate can be improved significantly.
