E-commerce bring new development to the commodities interflow in the world. In this paper we introduce the new characteristics and new models of the commodities interflow in the E-commerce age. Combining with the realities of the commodities interflow in China, we advance the measures for the commodities interflow enterprises to take so that they can adapt themselves to the E-commerce: the reconstruction of commodities interflow.
