正常人与肝气郁结证人指甲中无机元素的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Inorganic Elements of Fingernail of Homo sapiens L.in the Normal Healthy Adult and the Patients with Liver-qi Depression

为探讨正常人与肝气郁结证指甲中特征无机元素谱的差别 ,进而为人指甲的临床诊断及药效物质基础的探讨提供实验依据 ,采用扫描电子探针法测定了正常人与肝气郁结证患者指甲中炭化灰中无机元素。结果表明 ,正常人指甲炭化灰无机元素特征谱 ,有Ca和S两个呈正态分布趋势的特征性高峰 ;肝气郁结证指甲炭化灰无机元素特征谱只有一个Ca呈正态分布趋势的高峰。提示正常人与肝气郁结证具有不同的无机元素谱 ,肝气郁结证可能与体内无机元素发生代谢紊乱有关。

To probe into the differences of characteristic inorganic elements of fingernail of Homo sapiens L.between the normal healthy adults and the patients with liver-qi depression and to provide the experimental basis for the fingernail's clinic diagnose and material basis for the study of the fingernail's pharmacodynamic,the inorganic elements in charring ash of the fingernails of the normal healthy adult human and the patients with liver-qi depression were determined by scanning electron probe method.The results show that there are two peaks of normal distribution tendency of calcium(Ca)and sulfur(S)in the inorganic elemental characteristic spectrum in charring ash of the fingernails of the normal healthy aadulst.There is only one peak of normal distribution tendency of calcium(Ca)in the inorganic elemental characteristic spectrum in charring ash of the fingernails of the patients with liver-qi depression. It concluded the inorganic element spectra of the fingernails between the normal healthy adults and that of the patients with liver-qi depression are different.The liver-qi depression can be related to the metabolism disturbance of inorganic elements in vivo.
