摘要
用三氯化铬强化饲料喂养鸭 ,剂量从小到大。观察不同剂量所致器质性损害的效应关系及各脏器组织铬蓄积情况。对照组分别与实验组各组相比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;实验组 1与实验组 2也有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。鸭体各部位含铬量 ( 1 0 -6)不同 ,其顺序是 :脑( 1 5 0 0 ) >蛋 ( 0 930 ) >胸骨 ( 0 880 ) >大腿骨 ( 0 4 40 ) >肾 ( 0 392 ) >大腿肉 ( 0 34 0 ) >肠 ( 0 2 90 ) >胸肉 ( 0 2 5 5 ) >肝 ( 0 1 80 )。
An experiment was conducted on duck by feeding mash enriched CrCl 3.It was observed that the dose-effect relationship between different chromium dosage and organic scathe to duck,as well as the cumulating of chromium in the organs of duck.The results showed that there was a significant contrast between experiment groups and comparison group( P <0 05).The cumulating content of chromium(×10 -6 )in the organs of duck were as blow:1 500(in encephalon),0 930(egg),0 880(sternum),0 440(femur),0 392(nephridium),0 340(thigh muscle),0 290(intestine),0 255(brisket) and 0 180(liver).
