摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了八种解表中草药中Fe、Cu、Mn、Ca等九种元素的含量。结果表明 ,该类中药含有较丰富的铁、铜 ,但Zn、Mg含量较低 。
The content of Fe,Cu,Mn,Mg,Ca etc in 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine was determined by AAS.The results showed that these 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were rich in Fe,Cu,but Zn and Mg were low in content,which provides a useful datla for analyzing the relations between trace elements and medicinal effects.
