摘要
研究了硫氰酸铵 结晶紫 H2 O体系浮选分离铜的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。试验表明 ,在水溶液中Cu(Ⅱ )与硫氰酸铵、结晶紫形成不溶于水的三元缔合物 ,经过滤 ,此三元缔合物沉淀和水完全分离。在一定条件下 ,控制 pH 3.0~ 4 .0 ,能使Cu(Ⅱ )与常见离子Zn(Ⅱ )、Fe(Ⅲ )、Al(Ⅲ )、Cd(Ⅱ )、Ni(Ⅱ )、Mn(Ⅱ )
The chemical behavior and the optimum conditions of the floatation separation of copper(Ⅱ) with NH 4SCN and crystal violet in aqueous medium were studied and reported in this paper. Upon the addition of NH 4SCN and crystal violet to a water solution containing Cu(Ⅱ), a precipitate is formed and after a thorough shaking, the precipitate is separated by filtration. Complete separation of Cu(Ⅱ) from Zn(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Cd(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ) and Al(Ⅲ) is attained in a NaOAc HOAc buffer medium of pH 3~4.
