摘要
研究了镍与邻羧基苯重氮氨基偶氮苯 (o CDAA)的显色反应 ,建立了测定氢化油中痕量镍的光度法。在 pH 9.2的硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,镍与o CDAA发生灵敏的显色反应 ,生成 1∶3的红色配合物 ,其最大吸收位于 5 4 0nm波长处 ,摩尔吸光系数达 3.3× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,镍在 0~ 0 .2 4 μg·ml- 1服从比耳定律。由于钙、镁、钾、钠等共存元素离子允许量较大 ,因此可不经分离直接测定。方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高的特点 ,已用于氢化油中痕量镍的测定 。
A method for the photometric determination of trace amounts of nickel in hydrogenated oil was proposed. In a borate buffer solution of pH 9.2, nickel(Ⅱ) reacts with o carboxybenzenediazoaminoazobenzene to form a 1∶3 red colored complex, which has an absorption maxima at 540nm, and an apparent molar absorptivity of 3 3×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~0.24μg·ml -1 of nickel(Ⅱ). Ca 2+ ? Mg 2+ ? K + and Na + etc do not interfere with the color reaction. The present method can be directly used in the determination of nickel in edible hydrogenated oil and is proved to be sensitive and selective.
