圆盘试件表面条纹的加工工艺和表面粗糙度参数测量

摘要 本文成功地利用碗形砂轮变中心高磨削法,在圆盘试件表面加工成0°,15°,30°,45°,60°,75°,90°等条纹角度和不同的表面粗糙度。并在Talysurf-5M表面轮廓仪上进行表面粗糙度参数测量,为进一步从事粗糙表面弹流润滑的实验研究提供了必要的试件和基本数据。 In this paper, by using the change centre height grinding method of flaring cup wheels, disc sample surface with different striated orientations 0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°,75°,90° and different surface roughnesses were successfully processed. Surface roughness parameters were measured on the Talysurf-5M Outline Instrument of Surface. The essential samples and fundamental data were provided for further developing of rough surfaced EHL experimental study.
