摘要 以往对粉煤灰颗粒特征的研究,着重于在扫描电镜下观察其形貌,并据此将粉煤灰的颗粒分类。然而这样的定性分类,难以明确、全面地反映粉煤灰的特征,也难以划分粉煤灰中各种形态颗粒的比例,因而难以收到预定的效果。本文旨在研究制订能表征粉渫灰颗粒的量化指标。经研究,粉煤灰内部特征值孔容积和外部特征值∑d_v·S_v两个指标,能够较好地表征其特征,因而可确定作为其量化指标,同样也是评定粉煤灰需水性能的综合指标。 Particle features of fly ash particles include four main factors as grain size, surface morphology, size distribution and pore structure. Former researches on particle features focus on the morphology of fly ash under SEM, accordingly, classifying fly ash into different groups. However, the qualitative classification by the fly ash morphology under SEM is neither easy to represent clearly and comprehensively the grain features of fly ash nor determine the proportion of different forms of particles in fly ash, consequently, it is difficult to obtain satisfactory results to control the quality and explain the effect of fly ash. The aim of this paper is to determine a quantization index to characterize the features of fly ash grain, which means finding an index to reflect comprehensively the particle features. The research results show that the values of pore volume and ∑ d_v·S_v, representing inner pore structure and outer characteristics of fly ash, are quantization indexes for evaluating fly ash particle characteristics, and also the comprehensive index for water requirement at the same time.
