摘要
本文研究了在低水胶比条件下 ,掺入磷渣超细粉和高效减水剂后水泥砂浆界面结构及其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。试验结果表明 :界面结构仍然是影响高性能混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀的关键因素。界面为硫酸根离子提供进入通道 ,使砂浆内部结构受到侵蚀破坏。采用经加工处理的石英集料 ,可以提高水泥砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。
In this paper,the relationship between the interface structure of mortar contain superfine powder of phosphoric slag and superplasticizer and the sulfate attack resistance in low W/B ratio has been discussed.The result shown that the interface structure of mortar is still a path road to enter for iron of sulfate,the interfce structure of mortar may be destroy by sulfate attack.It is illustrated that the interface structure of mortar is a key factor influencing on the resistance to sulfate attack of concrete.The mortar made with treated quartz sand can improve the function of the sulfate attack resistance of the interface structure of mortar.
