居住空间分异初探

Exploration of Residential Area Differentiation

阐述居住空间分异现象，分析居住空间分异的动力机制和我国居住空间分异的特征以及存在的问题，提出通过加强居住区的规划管理、房地产的引导控制、社区的建设服务等措施，对居住空间分异加以引导，从而保证我国居住区的可持续发展。

Based on explaining the phenomenon of residential area differentiation, this paper analyses the mechanism, the characteristics and the problems of this phenomenon in China. Some measures such as the enforcement of the planning management on residential area, the guidance and controlling of real estate and the communities construction and service are proposed to guide the residential area differentiation, as well as to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese communities.
