把城市道路交通网视为一个开放的排队网络.应用排队网络模型计算车辆在道路交通网中的平均延时.掌握网络平均延时,用于交通规划、交通管理及区域交通控制,有助于有效地管理和使用整个路网.
Regarding the urban roadway traffic network as an open queueing network, the mean delay time of which is calculated by applying queueing network model. To find out the mean delay time is useful for traffic planning, traffic management and area traffic control and contributes to management and making full use of the network efficiently.
