摘要
组织的变革会影响组织员工的心态 ,员工的心态又会影响组织变革的成效。文章对组织变革中出现的两种最典型的心态进行分析和比较 ,提出调整组织变革中不良心态的对策。
Organizational transformation will influence the psychology of its members, and vise versa. This paper has a comparative analysis of the two of the most popular psychological types:being the master or an employee. Then it advances the strategies against the unhealthy mentation in the organizational transformation.
