运用系统论优化语文教学能力培养

教师的教学能力是教师素质的核心内容 ,是教师素质培养的出发点和落脚点。但长期以来 ,学术界对教师能力培养问题的关注只停留在理论探讨层面 ,缺乏可供操作的科学范式。本文试图引入系统论的成果 ,结合语文教育学理论体系 ,探索构建语文教学能力培养的系统程序。

The teaching ability is the key content of teacher's qualities,it is also starting point and the staying point of teacher's quolities training.The spere of learning which is short of scientific operatable pattern just pays attention to probing into theory for a long time.Combining with the Chinese education theory system,this thesis trys to lead into the achievements of the theory of system and probe into forming the systematic procedure of Chinese teaching ability training.
