On the Breakthroughs of the Party's Three Generations of Leader - Group in the Understanding of Nonpublic Ownership Economy

中共三代领导集体对非公有制经济在认识上的突破：第一代领导集体曾两度给个体私营经济一席之地；第二代领导集体承认个体私营经济是公有制经济的必要补充，提出以公有制为主体、多种经济成分共同发展的方针；第三代领导集体对非公有制经济的认识，更从“基本经济制度的重要组成部分”这一高度加以确认，实现了由“制度外”进入“制度内”的质的飞跃。

There are three breakthroughs in the understanding of Nonpublic ownership economy by Chinese Communist Party's three generations of leader - group. The first generation of leader - group, to a certain degree, had twice acknowledged the private ownership economy. The second generation of leader - group acknowledged that the private ownership ecomy was a necessary complement of public ownership economy and put forward the policy of 'Public ownership as main body while developing with diversified economy'. The third generation of leader - group has a further understanding to the nonpublic ownership, takes it as an important part of 'basic economic system' - a qualitative leap from 'outside systems' into 'inside system'.
