摘要
从历史经验和经济学理论方面分析了投资活动中的泡沫现象 ,指出产生泡沫的本质原因是市场经济制度的不完备。针对我国经济现状 ,分析了股市泡沫的形成 ,提出了调整经济结构、虚拟资本与实业投资结合、转变投资理念。
In this paper,the causes and effects of bubble in investment are analyzed.Its mainly caused by the immaturity of market economy system.Then the authors put forward some corresponding proposals including adjustment of economic structure,combination of fictitious capital and industrial investment,and change of investment idea,etc.
