CHARACTERS OF TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATION'S DEVELOPING STRATEGY AND CHINA'S OPEN STRATEGY

21世纪初期 ,大型跨国公司在对外投资的主要目标、形式、领域和争夺人才、发展推力等方面呈现出一些重要特征。与此同时 ,发展中国家也加快了跨国经营的步伐。因此 ,我国在对外开放战略方面应吸取大型跨国公司和发展中国家的经验 ,着重从“引进来”和“走出去”两方面采取多种措施 。

In the beginning of the 21 st century,the big transnational corporations show some important characters in several aspects of the investment abroad,including the main target,forms,fields,attracting qualified personnel and developing impetus,they also strengthen the transnational corporation management.According to this,Chinas open strategy should be centered on making effort in seeking foreign investment and seeking development abroad.
