摘要
对人力资本与人力资本投资的涵义 ,以及人力资本理论的主要学说进行了详细解析。进而 ,结合国情 ,对我国人力资本的现状、成因及发展战略进行了深入研究 ,提出了人力资本发展战略建议 。
In this paper,the meaning of human capital and human capital investment,the main doctrine of human capital theory are explained and analyzed.According to the actual situation of our country,the author researches in detail into the actuality,cause of formation and strategy of human capital,of which the result can be referred to by top level decision makers.
