摘要
企业文化是调整企业秩序的“看不见的手”,它通过文化规则影响和规范企业人的行为;由于文化规则是内生的,所以它会与“外生的”契约制度产生矛盾;制度制约人的行动,而文化规则由于其自发产生特性使然,能促进人的能动性;企业文化的规则化有利于企业建立成高度秩序化的组织,并由此提升企业能力,从而产生效率。
As 'an invisible hand'of adjusting enterprise order,enerprise culture influences and normalizes people's behaviour of an enterprise through culture rules.As it is an internal factor,culture rules may conflict with contract in stitution which is an'extraneous'factor.Insti tution restricts people's actions,while culture rules can prompt people's dynamic role because of its spontaneousness.Making enterprise culture as rules is beneficial to turning enterprises in to highly-ordered organizations,by which competence of enteprises can be enhanced and efficiency can be produced.
