我国民营企业具有独特的经营机制与管理机制 ,因而在实行的薪酬制度方面具有外部竞争工资效能性强的激励延伸、内部公平等特性。
Our country's non-governmental businesses have their unique operation mechanism and management mechanism. Therefore, their pay system has the special characters with a strong outside competitiveness such as stimulating extension and inner equity.
