摘要
目的 :探讨发生脑出血后的红细胞免疫粘附功能和血液流变性的变化。方法 :对 40例脑出血患者的红细胞免疫粘附功能 (RCIA)和血液流变学 11项指标进行分析。结果 :表明脑出血患者RBC C3 bRR显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而RBC ICR显著高于对照组(P <0 .0 0 1) ,全血粘度低切高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆粘度、血沉、血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原、甘油三酯均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :脑出血的发病与RCIA功能紊乱和血液流变性异常有密切相关关系。
Objective: To study the changes of red blood cell immune adherence function and hemorrheology after cerebral hemorrhage.Method: To analyse the red blood cell immune adherence function and hemorrheology index of 40 cases cerebral hemorrhage patients.Results: The study show the red blood cell C 3b receptor rosette(RBC-C 3bRR) decreased significactly with contrast group(P<0.001),red blood cell immune complex rosette(RBC-ICR) increased significactly with contrast group(P<0.001),The level of whole blood viscosity are higher than contrast group(P<0.01) plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentationrate,and erythrocyte sedimentation equational coeffiet K,fibrinogen,triglyceride are higher than contrast group(P<0.001) in cerebral hemorrhage patients.Conclusion: cerebral hemorrhage may be related to red blood cell immune adherence function and hemorrheology abnormality.
