肺靶向卡铂泡囊冻干品的制备及特性研究

Preparation and Characterization of Niosome-entrapped Carboplatin

用薄膜分散法制备卡铂非离子表面活性剂泡囊 ,其球形圆整 ,大小较均匀 ,算术平均球径为 3.72 μm,包封率为 2 9.16 % ,p H值为 6 .34 ,体外释药符合双相动力学规律 ,释药 t1 /2 比原药延长约 10倍。于冰箱、室温和 37℃(RH 75 % )考察 3个月 。

The carboplatin entrapped niosomes (CBP NS) were prepared by hand shaking method.The niosomes were spherical with size of 2.0～11.0 μm and the extent of entrapment was 29.16%.The pH was 6.34,and the release of carboplatin from the niosome could be described by biexpatential kinetics.The CBP NS in tightly closed containers were stored at 3～5℃,15～25℃ and 37℃( RH 75%) for three months and there was no sighificant change in the appearance,size, carboplatin content and in vitro release profiles.
