美洛西林钠的HPLC测定

Determination of Mezlocillin Sodium by HPLC

建立了测定美洛西林钠的 HPL C法。采用 Shim- pack CL C- ODS为色谱柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .0 5 mol/ L 磷酸二氢钠溶液- 10 %氢氧化四乙基铵溶液 -水 (4 0 3∶ 2 0 0∶ 3∶ 394,用磷酸调节 p H值至 5 .5± 0 .1)为流动相 ,流速 1.0 m l/ min,检测波长 2 30 nm。美洛西林钠在 2 0 0～ 1995 μg/ ml浓度范围内其峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 .9999。方法平均回收率为 99.2 9% ,RSD0 .41%

A HPLC method was established for the determination of mezlocillin sodium, using a Shim pack CLC ODS column(150×3.9 mm,5 μm), with the mobile phase of methanol 0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution 10% tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide solution water(403∶200∶3∶394,adjust pH 5.5±0.1 with phosphoric acid), at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 200～1995 μg/ml( r =0.9999), and the average recovery was 99.29%, RSD 0.41%.
