摘要
目的 :观察桑精合剂对环磷酰胺毒性的影响。方法 :比较不同给药方案对小鼠淋巴细胞转化、碳粒廓清、溶血素生成及迟发型变态反应的影响。结果 :环磷酰胺单独应用后小鼠淋巴细胞转化、碳粒廓清、溶血素生成及迟发型变态反应能力均降低 ,与桑精合剂合用后上述各项指标均提升至接近正常小鼠水平。结论
Objective: To observe the effects of Sangjing Compound on to xicity of cyclophosphamide.Methods: To infulences of cyclophosphamide given in single and in combination with Sangjing Compound on rats lymphocyte transformation, clearance rate of charcoal, hemolysin and delayed type hypersensitivity were compared.Results: Indexes mentioned were reduced when Cyclophosphamide given in single and were prevented from declining when Cyclophosphamide administered in combination with Sangjing Compound.Conclusion: Sangjing Compound can reduce toxicity of cyclophosphamide.
