摘要
本文对在M_s~M_f 温度区段所形成下贝氏体的组织与力学性能进行了初步探索.结果证明:在该温度区段所形成的单一下贝氏体组织确实具备比回火马氏体组织优异得多的强韧性,存在着一个蕴藏丰富性能潜力的热处理小区,并有着开发利用的美好前景.
Until recently,tempered martensite has been generally considered-
to be the best choice of heat treated structure as far as strength ane toughn-
ess is concerned.The toughness of lower bainite is superior to tempered
martensite,but the strength is somewhat lower.According to recent experim-
ental data,the strength of lower bainite structure is enhanced as the transf-
urmation temperature lowers.Based on this idea,the present investigation
attempts to evaluate the microstructure and mechanical properties of lower
bainite transformed between M_s—M_f temperatures.Experimental results
demonstrate that both the strength and toughness of lower bainite transformed
between M_s—M_f temperatures is superior to tempered martensite.There exists
a temperature range of heat treatment with underlying underdeveloped mec-
hanical properties.It is a worthy discovery with brilliant perspective.
